I have 15 years’ worth of experience of working both in the NHS and private practice offering psychotherapy, executive coaching, counselling and 20 years as a registered nurse. I have the following qualifications:
Working together I can help you gain greater insight into the difficulties you are facing, help you understand why you act or react to them the way you do, and see how you can start to make better, heathier choices moving forward. The session is patient-led (i.e, I may not start the conversation but will instead encourage you to bring things into the session). There is no right or wrong answer and it is about saying whatever comes to your mind.
Please note that coaching and CBT sessions are a lot more directive and goal based.
